- LCD, a PDP, OLED, used in the plastic surface modification and cleaning, and UV curing equipment. By using the high energy of the short wavelength UV/O3 cleaner are made uniform surface cleaming and modification. Streaming does not occur even know than the atmospheric pressure plasma surface treatment or a vacuum plasma can no DAMAGE. Since UV/03 modifier uses a strong energy of the highest frequency out of UV, it makes even surface cleaning and modification while it makes surface processing without damage because it doesn’t make a streamer comparing to atmospheric plasma or vacuum plasma.
